We tend to get frustrated or angry when something doesn't turn out the way it should have. Leaving Costa Rica one time and found out my flight was cancelled. Of course I was disappointed. I ended up calling one of my cousins and ended up having one of the most impactful conversations at one of the most critical moments in my life! It was a transitional and challenging moment in her life as well. It was a powerful moment that ended up staying with me forever! Thank God I missed the flight! Things may not always go as planned, but sometimes God has something better planned. Also, you do have control over the way you react to the situation. You can be angry, happy, frustrated, etc.....it won't change that the flight was cancelled, so make the very best of each situation!

God has granted me another year of life!!! I'm beyond grateful and learning to be more intentional about practicing gratitude daily! I'm grateful for being able to celebrate with family and friends in another country!!! Life is good! God is greater! I am happy! Learning and doing better at prioritizing God first and then myself 2nd. Doing better at not caring what others think and to live life on my own terms! Focusing on improving just a little bit daily! I want to love deeply and enjoy life on another level! I want to be a positive and powerful force for transformation in the lives of others!!! I want to leave a powerful legacy that reverberates thru future generations and especially of my daughter and lineage!!! Thanks to all that have impacted my life and made me better!!!

Life improves when your outlook about yourself and what you are able to do improves! It's funny how people believe that having material things will bring happiness and indicate success.
