Just two years ago, Music On Pointe founder Reshma was shaping global initiatives at the United Nations Department of Peace Operations, serving on the Policy Planning team. Alongside her policy work, she pioneered a Movement Workshop — a groundbreaking initiative designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and deeper connection among her colleagues.
The results were undeniable: teams moved more cohesively, communicated more effectively, and unlocked a new level of shared purpose.
