🍪MINI PUDDING CHOC CHIP COOKIES🍫

These bite sized mini pudding cookies are so soft and chewy!!

1 cup softened butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3.4 oz pack vanilla instant pudding
3/4 bag mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, combine butter and sugar together until creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla then beat again.
Fold in the flour, baking soda, and vanilla instant pudding until just incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop teaspoon sized rounds and place as many as you can onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake each batch of cookies for 6 minutes, allow them to rest on the baking sheet an additional 2 minutes outside of the oven then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
