💙✨ Last week, we said a heartfelt thank you and goodbye to our Director of Operations, Jackie Fernandez, who has been with NAMI Miami-Dade since September 2021.

Jackie has been an incredible part of the NAMI Miami-Dade team, helping guide our day-to-day operations with care, dedication, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve. She played a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly, supporting everything from office administration and Board coordination to HR processes, internal systems, and organizational logistics.

Her impact is reflected in the programs she helped strengthen, the events she helped bring to life, and the countless lives touched through her leadership.

We are deeply grateful for everything she contributed during her time with us. While we will miss her greatly, we are excited to see all that comes next for her.
