JUVENILE INTERVENTION/REHABILITATION PROGRAM PROPOSAL

The True Life 101 Program’s vision is to inspire, encourage, and motivate current juvenile adolescent offenders with the end goal of deterring them from further criminal behavior. Services are offered free of cost for every program and facility.

The following agenda is designed to reinforce rehabilitation efforts geared toward juvenile offenders.

Services rendered will include:

1. A viewing of the real-life arrest of Rodolfo O. Martinez.
We will provide portable viewing and audio equipment for facilities that do not already have resources.

2. Interactive Phone Conference / Group Discussion
There will be two, 15 minute recorded phone calls from currently incarcerated, rehabilitated federal inmates from their facilities. During the call, youth offenders and inmates will engage in an open group discussion to answer any questions. Phone calls are and will be monitored by the FBOP for the entire duration.

3. At the end of the phone call, a questionnaire pamphlet will be distributed to the juvenile offenders to determine each individual child’s problems and characteristics. Copies of the pamphlet will be provided to the psychological and/or therapeutic professionals at your facility. A copy of the second pamphlet is also retained by the staff of True Life 101 Program.

Additionally, participating juveniles who are serving or will be serving a juvenile sentence will be eligible to receive correspondence from rehabilitated inmates who can assist and guide the adolescent teen during his incarcerated state to motivate lawful behavior upon their release.

The program will contact each individual child’s guardian to request their approval and written consent of the programs’ agenda for rehabilitation.

Rodolfo Martinez, the founder of True Life 101 Program humbly requests that your facility truly consider this as an option for juvenile rehabilitation. This can help better our community and lower adolescent teens’ chances from committing further crimes and help to deter their criminal thinking.

We expressly and fully adhere to all facility regulations and are willing to make any adjustments deemed necessary to obtain your approval.
