Ingredients:
•2 ounces Wellington Creek Bourbon 🥃
•3/4 ounce lemon juice 🍋
•3/4 ounce simple syrup
•1/2 orange peel 🍊(for serving)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass with one handful of ice and stir for 30 secs. This chills the cocktail and dilutes it less than shaking in a cocktail shaker would. Strain into a glass, garnish with an orange twist!
