Bringing classic cars back to life takes the right tools and the right technique. In this project, we’re restoring a classic VW Beetle using advanced laser paint removal technology.

Instead of traditional sanding or chemical stripping, the laser precisely removes layers of old paint while preserving the integrity of the metal underneath. This process reduces heat distortion, minimizes surface damage, and leaves the panel perfectly clean for the next step of restoration.

Seeing decades of paint disappear layer by layer is incredibly satisfying— and it’s one more step toward bringing this iconic VW back to its original glory.
