Coral Gables looks to buy medical building near city hall

The Coral Gables city commission has given the city manager the go-ahead to negotiate purchase terms for a medical building at 475 Biltmore Way.

City staff have been looking at this property for some time and would like to proceed with a purchase sale agreement as soon as possible, said Peter Iglesias, the city’s manager, during Tuesday’s city commission meeting.
