One of the cornerstones of my belief in driving innovation and achieving rapid growth is the concept of Speed as Strategy. This approach fosters a dynamic environment where new technologies, open innovation mechanisms, formal innovation partners, and customer and market needs converge to create magic. โœจ๐Ÿ’ก

In today's world, where remote work and global talent dispersion are the norms, maintaining this level of coordination is more challenging but even more crucial. The role of marketing in developing networks, emerging distribution channels, and facilitating collaboration becomes vital. The horizontal linkage model, connecting manufacturing, research, and marketing, is increasingly important in our high-pressure business environment. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’ผ
