Every fear, shame, defense, inherited story… is just a frequency distortion over your I AM.

When those distortions dissolve, what’s left is your baseline signal of infinite love and presence.

Releasing isn’t self-rejection.
It’s self-remembrance.
It’s the moment the mask melts and you meet yourself as pure consciousness in human form.

You don’t need to become someone else.
You need to unhook awareness from the stories that never belonged to you
