Everyone who’s ever shot a single leg has felt it. You get under it, you’re in position.. and then you get flattened by their weight.

One way that we’ve tackled this problem in our room is by shifting our attention to connecting to the foot and elevating it. When the foot is up, the hips go down. From there, finishing the single leg stops feeling like a deadlift and more like you’re steering a wheel.
