People think binge eating is just about eating a large amount of food.

What they don’t see is the mental exhaustion behind it.

👉🏻 Feeling guilty after eating something “bad.”
👉🏻 Promising yourself tomorrow will be different.

For a lot of people, binge eating isn’t just happening during the binge.

It’s happening mentally all day long.

And usually, the answer isn’t more discipline.

It’s understanding why your brain feels so stuck around food in the first place.
