Today I had the opportunity to spend time with residents at a wellness event in a beautiful 500 Brickell building, introducing them to what I do through NuGeneLabs, EMS Health, functional testing, and longevity optimization.

What I enjoyed the most was not just sharing supplements or services — it was the conversations.

People came with real questions:
How can I support my body better?
What kind of testing actually gives useful answers?
How can EMS help with strength, posture, and body tone.

Most people know their posture feels “off,” but they don’t always know where the problem starts.

That is why a visual posture assessment is so useful.

It does not just tell you to “stand up straighter.”
