🧠 Upheal Assistant remembers how you work: it learns your preferences over time so notes get better the more you use it.

💳 Clients can now pay invoices in their portal: view balances, pay by card, and save a card on file. Web, iOS, and Android.

📎 Send files in client messages: share intake forms, worksheets, or handouts directly in the conversation. No more emailing separately.

🎨 Add your logo and branding to Upheal: your practice name, logo, and brand color appear throughout the client experience.

📅 More flexible scheduling: add a custom "Other" event type for supervision or consultations, set custom event titles, choose your week start day, and toggle week numbers.

Upheal payments just got a lot better. Before we ship insurance billing, we needed the foundation to actually work the way clinicians need it to.

Your invoice in Upheal is now a real session ledger. Log any external payment (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle) even without Stripe. Take partial payments. Split one payment across multiple invoices. See exactly where each client stands. Apply credits to open invoices. Send clean receipts for payments and refunds. Pull a full statement for any client, any time.

Upheal Assistant can check a client's balance or take you straight to their billing screen. You confirm anything that touches money.
