UPDATE: Rather than fly a slew of people in midweek and be split over the weekend and Rosh Hashannah, Judge Walsh has given us the entire week of September 29 for our trial. Slight delay, but far superior logistics. Letsgoooooo!

At today’s pre-trial hearing our case was slated as second in line to go to trial September 15. Hopefully the other case is resolved quickly so justice for our project can finally get underway!
