Reminder: a full stomach โ fat
In a perfect world, weโd all have six pack abs 24/7.
But eating food means your stomach is going to expand sometimes.
Your body digests it, uses it, and is grateful for the nourishment it gets. You are not suddenly โfatโ because your stomach isnโt flat after eating.
Feeling full is normal - even on raw foods ๐
