Construction Safety Week may be coming to a close, but the commitment behind it continues every day across our projects.
At both the Cruise Terminal G Complex at PortMiami and the South Terminal Expansion East (New Concourse K) at MIA, our Lemartec–NV2A JV teams took time this week to reinforce what matters most—looking out for one another. From on-site safety talks and live demonstrations to shared meals that strengthen team connection, these moments reflect a culture where safety is not just a priority, but a shared responsibility.
As NV2A’s Safety Director, Jose Bobadilla, puts it: “Safety Always means it is a core value woven into every activity, every decision, every task—regardless of pressures or demands. Safety is embedded in all of our practices. Safety first, second, third—always.”
Because the strongest projects are built by teams that put people first.

A great project starts with strong partnerships, and sometimes, the best connections happen outside the jobsite.
NV2A recently hosted a happy hour to welcome our JV partners and spend time together beyond the day-to-day.
It was a great opportunity to connect, share a few laughs, and continue building the relationships that drive our
work forward.

Delivering ahead of schedule and with purpose. Parking Garage 13 at Baptist Health topped out on January 20th, completing the precast structure three weeks early.
Designed to accommodate over 1,000 vehicles across six levels, the garage is a vital component of the Al and Jane Nahmad Women’s Cancer Center expansion — enhancing access for patients, visitors, and caregivers.
With one precast panel delivered per truck due to its scale and weight, precision sequencing was critical. Completion of the structure has advanced MEP rough-ins, cast-in-place ramp walls, and topping slabs, keeping momentum strong across the campus.
Construction of the Women’s Cancer Center continues to progress, with interior framing nearing completion, curtain wall installation underway, and major infrastructure work finalized within the public right-of-way.
