Regional Cuisine Farm Dinner for 2024 February 24th at 7 pm. Tickets on Sale Now.

We are very excited to announce that Regener8 Farm will be hosting Zak the baker ( ), Chef Mike Beltran from Ariete () and Chef Jose Mendin from Pubelly ( ) for a dinner.

It's an honor to be the very first local farm to host a SOBE WFF event. This very special dinner will showcase our regional cuisine, celebrating local food, farms and chefs.
The chefs have committed to using only ingredients grown, raised, or caught South of Lake Okechobee, including many items from our farm and other local farms in the area. Think fish, lime, yuca, coconut, bananas, sugar cane, and guava. The event will be held under our Seminole Chickee Hut with the backdrop of our fields and beautiful gardens.

Flock #2 has been with us since November. This season we got Easter egg layers 😃

As they grow, little by little, their surroundings also have to grow. This week, Flock #2 will hit the forest! They will live alongside Flock #1... while they still grow.
The age difference in chickens can cause serious bullying! These animals have a pecking order from the time they are born😆
