Sellers are once again receiving peak pricing on their homes! 🏠 Median Sale Price continues to rise after bottoming out at the beginning of the year. In fact, the May 2023 MSP for Single-Family Homes is only $100 less than it was a year ago. Price growth did decelerate after last summer when rising interest rates spooked potential buyers, but potential sellers were also impacted by not wanting to enter the market as a buyer themselves. The result: fewer people are putting their homes on the market, creating less for people to choose from. This is once again favoring sellers who do choose to list and the right properties are achieving near peak pricing again.
