REQUIREMENTS:

-Previous experience in sales telemarketing or other related fields
-Strong negotiation skills to generate client sales leads.
-Execute heavy outbound calling campaigns to target lists.
-Must be comfortable making 100+ calls a day.
-Dependability: the individual is consistently at work and on time.
-Fluent in English and Spanish (must)
- Insurance knowledge is a Plus
