Perspective is a powerful thing.
I had the profound honor of spending the day at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with the Caleb Cares team. While I expected to see world-class care, I wasn’t prepared for the sheer spirit that lives within those walls.
Every single element, from groundbreaking research to the smallest comfort for a child, is thought out with clinical precision and immense heart.
A few takeaways from the tour:
The Atmosphere: Despite the battles these children are fighting, the hallways are filled with smiles, hope, and an unbreakable spirit.
The Integration: The way research and caretaking are seamlessly woven together is Bar None.
The Joy: We were privileged to demo our Virtual Reality technology to the St. Jude team, seeing firsthand how innovation can provide a momentary escape and a spark of joy for those who need it most.

They say superheroes wear capes, but at St. Jude, they wear hospital gowns and warrior spirits.
Looking at this little Superman, I’m reminded that true strength isn’t about muscles—it’s about the mental toughness to keep your chin high when the world feels heavy. I am endlessly moved by the bravery of these children who fight for their lives every single day with more grace than most adults.

Still smiling from an unforgettable weekend at the American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe.
Had the chance to meet Josh Allen — and it was kind of a full-circle moment. I told him, “Hey Josh, I was just running routes at your training facility in Buffalo… and now here I am meeting you on a golf course in Tahoe.”
He’s not only an incredible athlete, but also a genuinely kind person who does so much for the community.
Big shout out to American Century Investments — their commitment to cancer research and finding a cure is inspiring. I’m grateful to have been part of a weekend that blended fun, purpose, and some great conversations.
