Teamwork makes the dream work! For this home renovation, I have the pleasure of collaborating with a very talented interior designer, L. Lynn Interiors and builder, Palmer Development Inc.
Our goal is to maximize the existing features of the house, introduce coquina shell (a local favorite material) into the facade, and also seize site opportunities like the view towards the water between neighboring properties.
We can’t wait to spend time at this beautiful beach house in just a few short months!

Coconut Grove, Florida, within one of Miami’s beautiful , the Community Center will soon gain a new look, and embrace new opportunity!
This was Josiah’s first project as a during his role at MCHarry and Associates.
This City of Miami Parks and Recreation project along Grand Avenue will embrace the Bahamian Vernacular from the neighborhood’s residents, those past, present, and future.
