On February 17th, we move into a powerful energetic threshold often associated with the Year of the Fire Horse — a rare amplification of Fire energy. The Horse itself carries strong Fire qualities, and when paired with heightened elemental Fire, the result is acceleration, movement, and transformation.

Fire acts as a catalyst.
It turns up the volume on whatever is already present within us.

When we are centered and coherent, this energy becomes momentum — a chariot carrying us forward with clarity and purpose. But when the nervous system is overwhelmed or fragmented, the same acceleration can feel destabilizing.

This is why nervous system regulation becomes essential during powerful energetic cycles.

Spiritual expansion must be supported by a regulated body.
