School Clothing & Extracurricular Program Reminders:

The 2025-2026 School Clothing & Extracurricular Activities Reimbursement Program year ends September 1, 2026. Processing typically takes 4-6 weeks but may take longer from July through October due to the high volume of applications.
Applications are processed in the order they are received and determined to be complete. Applications missing information or required documents will not enter the processing queue until all requirements have been received.

A complete application includes the following:
• Completed and signed student and parent information form
• School Enrollment Verification form
• Copy of student’s Shawnee tribal enrollment card
• Extracurricular activities enrollment verification if applicable

Direct Purchase applications must also submit a Household Income Verification form, the most recent month’s worth of paystubs for all income earning adults, and the clothing details form.

Taking a few extra minutes to review your application before submission can help prevent delays and ensure your reimbursement request enters the processing queue as quickly as possible.

To help avoid delays, families are encouraged to:
• Submit complete applications and supporting documentation
• Provide delivery confirmation for online purchases
• Submit original hard copy receipts for in-store purchases
• Ensure contact information is current

Complete program guidelines, eligibility requirements, and applications forms are available on the Shawnee Tribe website. Families are encouraged to review program requirements carefully before submitting applications or reimbursement requests.

For questions, contact Shawnee Tribe Social Services at 918-542-2441 ext. 129 or [email protected].
