STILL PREVENTABLE is finally out ✨️

I'll probably always be a recovering perfectionist and will never be fully happy with anything I create (crippling imposter syndrome), but I can honestly say that I am so unbelievably proud of this project despite whatever tweaks or reservations I've had over the release. I'm proud of the contributors who allowed me into their space; I'm proud of the sponsors who are standing behind us in raising awareness; I'm proud of the amount of scheduling, traveling, sourcing, researching, fundraising, filming, logging, editing, (swearing), and writing that went into this project, mostly all on my own.

But, I'm mostly proud that I didn't give up. Through a master's program/dissertation, Dupixent withdrawal, heartbreak, setbacks, demanding flare, and moving to a new country, I'm extremely aware that this should be my biggest accomplishment in my win jar for this year, let alone week. It's been no easy task, but I have a beautiful community that has been cheering me on and a support system like no other. And, while I still battle with my health (even as I type), I can keep pushing forward with that formidible will I wrote about over a year ago, knowing that, whatever comes, I will have played a role in saving at least one person's life from the horrors so many of us have endured through medical negligence and gaslighting by a broken healthcare system. Prevention is the only way xx and I know we can make it happen.

Tis time to embark on another crazy adventure, loves! I have been toiling away for over a month and am so PSYCHED to finally let you in on the fun!

Preventable, the first TSW documentary to showcase the horrors of our iatrogenic condition, needs a sister. Or rather a bigger, badder mama bear.

That is why Still Preventable is hatching! She will be the sequel to Preventable, tackling even bigger issues head on and showcasing more brave and vulnerable voices along the way.

Filming will begin in March but all the shenanigans begin NOW!

And honestly there is so much to share, but for now, just revel with me in this new launch in celebrating our tenacity to never give up the fight for our lives and the lives of those we will change forever.
