Freq Rituals

On the new moon of October 2019 I woke up and heard the words, “See it. Speak it. Know it. Have it.”​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
As I listened in bed, pictures and words were coming in fast. I grabbed a journal and started writing. A new brand. A new product line. All centered around rituals to help normalize the feelings of wealth, freedom and love in the body.​​​​​​​​

Because let’s be real… we’ve all DREAMT of how we’d feel with more money, a dream life we were madly in love with and the freedom to keep living it.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
But how many of us as we’ve accumulated more of these experiences actually FEEL the way we thought it would feel?​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
That’s because we have to train the nervous system intentionally to do that.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Repeated exposure and intentionality help you do that.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
The remedy is in the ritual. Our results are found within our rituals. ​​​​​​​​

I remember in Dec 2018 it was our first Christmas in our million dollar home. And I was FILLED with anxiety that we’d lose it all and go back to being broke.​​​​​​​​

We grew up poor. My body still FELT poor. I had to train my body to be still and feel it. I wasn’t used to it!​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Today… I feel peace, freedom, wealth, love at a level I never have before. Because I learned how to expose my body to it repeatedly.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
