In partnership with ‘Forward Movement’ continues with a series of Mindful Arts & Conscious Science and Intuitive Healing classes this Tuesday July 5th from 4-6 PM at in North Miami.
In both classes you will explore an artistic expression, emotional wellness, and learn techniques through movement to help you release what no longer serves you in efforts to reach a higher consciousness.
