Just like a flower needs to be planted in the right environment to thrive, flourish, and grow… we also have to be intentional about the environments we place ourselves in 🌷.
The people, places, and spaces you allow into your life impact more than you think.
Because the weight many women are carrying isn’t just physical.
It’s mental.
Emotional.
Spiritual.
Matthew 13:23 says:
“The seed that fell on good soil represents those who truly hear and understand God’s word and produce a harvest of thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted!”
Where you are planted matters.
You can’t just be in any room with anybody doing just anything, because the environments surrounding you will impact the fruit you produce 💛.
Share this with someone you care about, because where they’re planted matters too 🌹.
As women, mothers, leaders, sisters, and friends… we carry a lot.
We want to be there for the people we love. We want to show up at our best…but we are not always at our best.
The truth is… we only have so much capacity.
And part of leading well is learning how to pour into others without depleting yourself in the process.
Setting boundaries.
Making space to rest.
Taking time to decompress.
Allowing yourself to receive too…
Those things give you what you need to keep going. They increase your capacity 🫶🏽
If this resonated with you and helped you, share it. There’s another woman that needs this too 🙏🏽.

When your energy is low…
everything feels harder.
Simple things start to feel heavy.
Not just workouts…
but deciding what to eat.
Getting yourself to move.
Showing up for yourself.
Staying consistent.
Even the things you want to do…
start to feel like too much.
And that’s usually the moment
you start falling off.
Not because you don’t care.
Not because you’re not trying.
But because you’ve been carrying
more than you were meant to.
You weren’t designed to operate
off your own strength.
You were designed
to depend on God.
That’s why the answer isn’t
to do more…
it’s to reset.
To come back to Him.
To slow down enough to:
pray,
be still,
breathe,
and pause.
Because when you invite Him in…
what felt heavy starts to lift.
And what felt impossible
becomes sustainable again.
