ALL SLAMS, NO BAILS

Been forced to chill after breaking my right arm a couple weeks ago. Everything is good, s**t happens! Plenty of emotions have been felt in this recovery, but regret is not one of them. Some of my biggest shifts in life have come from my most significant injuries, and I feel like this one is no different. Time to heal up and come back ready to go!

Grateful for my family and their support. Very excited to get back on the road and hungry to paint!

“Low and Slow”

This painting is inspired by my time hanging around and on the water in Atlantic Beach, Florida. I loved sitting on the beach and watching the pelicans patrol the water, smoothly gliding over the waves as they came in. Something about it was so majestic to me. When I shared my idea with he showed me a beautiful picture he took that made the perfect reference for the painting. I set up at the hotel and had a great time working through this one. If you’re in Jacksonville, go make a stop in AB and check the space out. Lovely crew of humans and peaceful place to stay if you get the chance. Thank you all.
