Take time to pause today♥️ and appreciate your accomplishments big or small. My community is starting week 6 of our Summer Bod Challenge. We’ve been free of alcohol, animal products, and processed foods as well as starting our day with sunrise workouts together. I’m emotional seeing everyone’s transformation from the inside out. There is nothing more powerful than witnessing ourselves and others change for the better. Happy Sunday ♥️

🎆 Make a list of all your WINS in the last year, and a list of what you would like to do better. Read it out loud take a moment to be proud of YOU.

🎆 Set 3 goals for each Personal, Career, and Health for 2022 . Write them down and make a action plan. Revisit it often to keep your vision strong.

🎆 Spend time doing activities/work that aligns energetically with you and let go of anything that’s not lining up for you.

One habit that has changed my life is starting the day with powerful“I am” statements This is easy way to set the tone for the day and shift your vibration 💫 into a state of allowing as well as releasing resistance. Make sure you say them out loud and pick statements that resonate with you, Tune into my stories I love to share these with you in the morning.

It’s been an intense exciting few months. Running my business with so many new services & rebuilding my new website😜🤪🥳🤩😭 This made me focus on habits that help me thrive and stay healthy mentally & physically. Of course I wanna share these with all of you💓 You don’t have to be an entrepreneur to find benefits in these 5 habits. Give them a try and see how quickly you see the benefits….

Here are my 5 game changing habits to stay happy & healthy.

🔥 Set a hour aside just for you a day and do something light that has nothing to do with your goals.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔥Get plenty of sleep at least 7 hours. Sleep is essential for creativity and staying mentally healthy. Start winding down 2 hours before you want to sleep. No electronics.

🔥Eat nutrient dense food that is fresh not packaged. Prep your food once or twice a week so it’s one less thing to think about. Try the app forks of knives for great way to plan food prep. Take extra vitamins like C and B complex.

🔥Change up your routine and try new things. Join a new social group/activity. See new people and change your environment.

This January I’m celebrating 4 years of making the decision to go plant based. I will never forget how I felt before I made that decision. I felt hopeless because my body was swollen, always tired, and my health and insomnia was at its worst. Today I feel better than I ever! I have so much gratitude for my body and how much healing we have done. I am healed of all ailments and feel like I’m aging backwards. It’s never too late to change your eating habits and to feel better than ever.
