Ladies and Gentlemen-he just crushed IM St. George 70.3, now he’s about to take on IM Santa Rosa 70.3! Can we get a shout out for Alpha Michael Brock?

Congrats to Alpha Sacha Chung and Coach Rob and their Fitbit Miami Marathon finishes today! The rain held off all day but the humidity did not! As Alpha Endurance winds down (only somewhat) running season, we’re also looking forward to building on the endurance as we ramp up Triathlon season!

CONGRATS Alpha Brian Kerkhof and the big Overall W in the 10K at this morning’s Fired Up Athletic Force 5K/10K - and Alpha Friend Mike Alonso in 3rd OA...and to Coach Rob Triswimrob DC who took home 7th OA! Way to represent!
