☯️Embracing Movement and Meditation☯️
Through meditation, I’ve discovered the profound art of "moving without moving." It’s in this stillness that true somatic release happens, where the body and mind find balance. Just like the Yin and Yang, our light and darkness are harmonized.
In moving meditation, we learn that stillness and action are not opposites but complements. They flow naturally between each other, creating a perfect harmony within us. This is the essence of my teaching – understanding and embodying this balance.
The Yin and Yang symbol is more than just a design; it’s a guiding philosophy in my practice. It reminds me that in every movement, there is stillness, and in every stillness, there is potential for dynamic movement.

Where in your life do you know it's time for movement, and where is there a need for you to be still, grounded?
Join me on this journey of balance and harmony, where we embrace both the light and the dark, the satisfaction action and the sweetness of stillness.

< mirror the soul >
Before every experience, I ask the person to close their eyes and think on their intention for the day as I adorn them. I draw from symbols and numbers utilized within tattooing & tarot – subliminally tapping into the energy of the person so their intention can be displayed on skin.
This is the same space I hold for tattooing, the same space I hold when reading tarot – serving as a channel so another can tap into their soul & inner wisdom.
While I don't ask to hear someone's intentions, most of the time the symbols for their intent show up anyway. There have been so many telepathic connections within this sacred setting. With Eugene I could feel his grounding, earthly presence that made anyone around him feel at ease & safe. Unalomes, symbols of enlightenment utilized in Sak Yant (Thailand), were placed on his fingers to propel him along his path. Utilizing a mixture of the 4 & 3 on his face & hands, these were symbolic of fire & earth that could be felt radiating from him.
Every person is different.
Every intention unlike the other.
Every marking distinct.
I'm grateful for every mark I've made that's activated and empowered someone.
Because that's always been my intention.
