Ocean Land Investments plans Riverwalk Residences of Las Olas senior living in Fort Lauderdale - South Florida Business Journal The project would include five restaurants and a dining room on the 42nd floor.

Really enjoyed hearing insights this morning from some power players in the Miami real estate development scene: Eduardo Cofresi from Dezer Development, Greg West from ZOM, and Charlie Phelan from BH3, moderated by South Florida Business Journal. Kudos to SMPS UCF for arranging it!
