This is a plate for an upcoming party as an Entree Choice. Pan Seared Salmon with a Potato Pancake, Roasted Vegetables, Salmon Chips (Fried Salmon skin), and Brown Butter Hollandaise

Made this for a Chefs Tasting. Honey-Bittersweet Chocolate Cookie, Fresh Black Mission Figs, Raspberry Ice Cream, and Prosciutto Chip... in the future I will take the chocolate out of the cookie so it is just a Honey Cookie, and make Gorgonzola Ice Cream instead of Raspberry.

We are doing a soup of the day now that winter is quickly approaching. This was the soup for yesterday. A Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup, garnished with Royal Trumpet, Beech, and Maitake mushrooms, Burghundy truffle and truffle oil. This soup will definitely be back as it was a success.

A simple white pizza made with Ricotta cheese and Housemade Mozzarella... Freshly shaved Burghundy truffle sent this pizza to another level. Our diner had no words, but showed me two thumbs up. That's how good something as simple as your pizza can be tonight at DG!

Currently we have Fresh Burghundy truffles available for a supplement of $19 to any menu item. Very affordable way to enjoy one of the luxuries of the culinary world. In a few weeks we will have some White Alba Truffles and Black Perigord Truffles, so be on the lookout!

Made some Lobster Tortellini and served them with a Chanterelle Cream Sauce. Very tasty. . .

Just wanted to let everyone see what a gorgeous pork chop looks like. These are Berkshire/Kurobuta and taste the way pork should. Looks almost like red meat doesn't it?
