Happy Father’s Day and Happy Juneteenth! This is such an exciting weekend and we hope that you are celebrating with those you love most!

Just a quick reminder that we will be participating in the celebration of Juneteenth this year!

We will be attending the Juneteenth Holiday Health & Wellness Expo tomorrow, June 20th, at the Gallivan Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The event will be taking place from 12 PM- 7PM. We will have a table set up and will be offering free assessment and a free session to discuss your goals! Please, come out and see us! 😌
