This project was our pride & joy last year. We took a truly dilapidated, depressing old folks home and gave the place new life. We did a complete renovation of the building, floor plan, MEP systems, & finishes. Replaced 20 year old carpet with beautiful floors. All new HVAC with tons of fresh air. Added lots of cool amenity spaces like game rooms, putt putt, beauty room, movie room, a chapel, library, multiple kitchen & dining rooms. We made a place anyone would be happy to call home! The building is 82,000 sq ft & 89 units. So definitely our largest project to date, but hopefully our next projects surpass this beauty! & definitely kudos to for doing a great job transforming the architecture in such a short period of time!
