Sometimes growth looks like slowing down and showing up. đź’›

Kaelyn Flowers, an engineering student in the mechanical engineering systems concentration, is focused on being more intentional with her time — prioritizing meaningful moments with the people she cares about.

Her journey with the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers, or SASE, began at a national conference in Boston, an experience that reshaped how she viewed the organization and inspired her to step into a leadership role on the E-Board.

Through community, connection and personal growth, Kaelyn is building both her engineering career and the life she wants around it.

🌏✨ During Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we’re proud to honor student voices who are building community, excelling in engineering and inspiring future generations in STEM.

🎓As graduation season is winding down, three Sun Devils are celebrating a milestone for not only themselves, but the program they have completed.

Morgan Cividanes, Rahul Kashyap and John Lewis are the first graduates of the Doctor of Information Technology program offered by The Polytechnic School.

The program, which was launched in 2024, follows a scholar-practitioner model in which students integrate advanced technical knowledge, leadership and applied research to solve real-world challenges and was created to address a growing workforce need for technology leaders who combine technical expertise with strategic leadership skills.

🎉Congratulations!
