Give yourself space from not only others but YOURSELF! I know what some of you are thinking:
“Savy, I’m stuck with me, I can’t leave myself alone.” (Well flippin duh)

I mean leave your self hate talk at the freaking door and woman the F up. Be NICE to yourself, take yourself shopping, go on a hike with yourself, read a book with yourself, but STOP HATING THE YOU YOURE MEANT TO BE.

No one will ever be able to be authentically you, so give yourself space, time, whatever you need. But take it so you can start growing.
