Here are a couple of my first cupping victims! (I promise it looks worse than it actually feels).

For those of you who see this post, from now until the end of the year, I will be offering cupping as a FREE add-on to anyone who wants to try it. Just book normally through my website and let me know when you show up that you would like to try cupping.

I do a technique where I drag the cup up and down or side to side (depending on what I'm working on). This helps increase blood circulation to those targeted areas. Just one of the many benefits of cupping! It also does an amazing job of warming up the muscle tissue so I can work those same problem areas even deeper during a session.
