⭐From Santina's Team Leader: Santina absolutely rocks!! She shows up every day ready to make an impact, bringing heart, consistency, and a positive attitude to every call. Her strong work ethic and dedication make her a huge asset to the team!

⭐A little more about Santina: "My name is Santina. Fun fact - my dad named me after Carlos Santana. I'm married with 3 fur babies, 2 cats, Scarlett and Ghost, and one dog, Pnut! I have 16 nieces and nephews all together. Needless to say a lot of my free time I'm spending time with my family.

If I'm not spending time with them, me and my husband are usually out trying different foods, shopping, or just enjoying our time together.

I have been with Client Focus 2 years this April. I started as an Account Manager but worked my way to being a Senior Account Manager.

Becoming a Senior Account Manager with Client Focus has helped me grow in ways i didn't know were possible. My favorite part of the role is being able to mentor others and help them in ways others have helped me along the way."

A little bit about Mackenzie:

"I'm Mackenzie Pochiro and I’m excited for my new role as an Inside Sales Associate.

I earned my BA in Business Law from Arizona State University, where I built a strong foundation in business strategy, communication, and ethical decision-making.

I recently transitioned out of the Team Leader role at Client Focus, where I’ve had the opportunity to mentor team members, drive performance, and strengthen relationships. Leading a team has helped me develop a results-oriented mindset while staying grounded in collaboration and service. I take pride in being someone that clients and colleagues can rely on!

I’m passionate about building meaningful connections, understanding needs, and delivering outcomes that make an impact.

Outside of work, I recently got married, marking an exciting new chapter both personally and professionally. I love spending time with my family, pups, and reading a good book.

I’m looking forward to continuing to grow, contribute, and build strong relationships along the way."

At Client Focus, you have one person in charge of your account. This helps with consistency, accountability, and allows us to build a better relationship with your office.

If a caller misses a couple days because they're out sick or on vacation, it doesn't slow down your scheduling. Our process accounts for that. If they'll be out for more than a couple days, we'll have someone else step in to keep the scheduling on your account current, and we'll communicate that with you.
