#𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀🧘🏾‍♀️🤍 Self Expression Workshops provide a space for everyone to express their emotions through a physical form of art such as dancing, music, and spoken word with the intention to unleash our inner child and our creativity!

#𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀🧘🏾‍♀️🤍 Self Expression Workshops are a 𝗙𝗨𝗡, energizing, embodied self exploration through creativity and music! HSF facilitators are joining hearts, gifts, and talents to guide us through different ways to unleash our creativity and 𝗘𝗡𝗝𝗢𝗬 freedom of expression. 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗧 with your inner child to leap past your own barriers and become more comfortable with your authentic self and your creative side. This workshop and jam session will combine multiple modalities to empower you to a higher capacity of self-expression!

🎤To finish the evening and close this magical weekend festival, we will bring back our signature style open mic offering: “From the Shower to the Stage” where we create a container that allows for others to feel safe in their vulnerability.
