This past weekend, June 6 and 7, at the Amphitheatre at Brevard Veterans Memorial Center and Park, Space Coast Daily produced and hosted Merritt Island Fest, a two-day festival and community-centric celebration that fused music and nature with the culture of Brevard. The event featured something for everyone, and on both Saturday and Sunday, activities included live music, food trucks, vendors, and arts and crafts, as well as a surf expo designed to showcase the area’s coastal lifestyle! We cannot wait for next year!

Please join us this afternoon, 4:30-6 p.m., for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for the Amphitheatre at Veterans Memorial Park, 400 South Sykes Creek Parkway, in Merritt Island. This event is FREE, and the public is invited and encouraged to attend! Hope to see you there!
