Introducing our up-and-coming band for CAMPGrass: Stump Jesus 🪕

Straight out of the Northwoods of Merrill, Wisconsin, this three-piece brings a raw, high-energy take on old-time Americana. Blending bluegrass, folk, and 90s alternative influences, Stump Jesus delivers a gritty, stripped-down sound that’s all their own.

Featuring Huey on guitar and lead vocals, Travis on banjo and vocals, and Niles on upright bass, harmonica, and vocals, the trio mixes original songs with darker reworked covers. Their sets move from haunting folk moments to driving, foot-stomping grooves — the kind of music built for festival stages and late-night crowds.

We’re excited to give this rising Northwoods band a spot on the CAMPGrass stage at CAMP Door County. More band announcements are coming soon, and tickets go on sale this April.
