Mary Small was recognized at last night's Board of Education Meeting for her extraordinary efforts in organizing a Special Needs Prom experience for our students with disabilities. Mary's dedication went far beyond simply planning an event. She personally created invitations, secured formal attire for students, organized a special dinner at Salvo's, arranged transportation to the dance, and even handcrafted corsages and boutonnieres for students and chaperones. Her attention to detail and commitment to making the evening special ensured that every student felt valued, included, and celebrated. Thanks to Mary's hard work and generosity, our students enjoyed an unforgettable experience filled with joy, friendship, and lasting memories. We are grateful for the compassion, creativity, and dedication she brings to our school community each day.
