They were patient with my many questions and ensured I had answers and clearly understood. They were more than thorough and came back to me with and explained all my options an their thoughts. I felt guided and helped but not directed or pushed in any way. The entire team was very friendly and punctual and honestly perfect. There is nothing that could have been better, other than rates to be lower (with as capable as Dave and his team are I am surprised he couldn't control the rates as well) JK
