We would first like to start out by saying how much we appreciate everyone of you. You are what makes our local business thrive. Recently we have started to receive noise complaints from our fellow business owners. We have also had an influx of clients leaving their pets for hours on end at the salon after they have received a phone call or text that their pet is ready to be picked up. We would like to remind everyone we are not a daycare or kennel facility and are not set up to be one. Therefore we have decided to enforce a late pick up policy. Now this does not apply to every client some people are very efficient and are very good about communicating with their groomer. Additional fees will be applied to your dog’s grooming bill if they are left at the salon for over an hour after they are completed with their service(unless you have already spoke with your groomer and have made arrangements).Please speak with your individual groomer for additional information or if this will be applying to you. We appreciate everyone cooperation at this time and understanding.
