Salon and personal life have been so busy lately but occasionally I find the time to post about my work. 😍 So proud of how this haircut came out. This girl came to me so nervous about a haircut because the last haircut she got was too short (not done by me).

When someone comes to my chair and is super nervous about a big change I always like to take baby steps. This client was no different but desperately needed her dead ends gone. I told her I would do a little bit off the ends and do some layering to help add some body and movement to her hair. I take off little bits at a time and always pulse check with my clients as we are going through the haircut to make sure that everything is coming out how they want it to be. In the end she was so ecstatic about her haircut and couldn't stop playing with it before she left. ❤️
