Your April 2026 Treasure Valley housing market update is here 👇
Ada County had a big month — 908 homes sold, up 21.4% from last year, with a median price of $545,000. Homes averaged just 43 days on market and inventory sits at 2.2 months.
Canyon County closed 514 sales at a median of $429,945, up 2.6% year-over-year. Homes averaged 51 days on market with 2.5 months of inventory available.
Both counties are still well below the 4-6 months considered a balanced market — and that 21% jump in Ada County sales is no joke.
