Sassy Mouth

Amsterdam.
Brick remembers every season that softened its edges, every hand that laid it, every winter that asked it to endure one more year.

Standing along the canal, I couldn't help but notice how gently this city carries its age. Nothing has been polished into forgetting. Time has been allowed to leave its fingerprints wherever it pleased.

The water, endlessly patient, gathers each crooked rooftop as though imperfections were always the point.

There is an elegance in things that have survived long enough to stop pretending.
