Just finished adding 18 warehouse cameras for one of our IT Management customers and coincidentally, one outdoor camera stopped working. They originally thought we did something during our install, but you can clearly see that this camera was going to be doomed eventually. There was no waterproofing whatsoever with the CAT connection or the box on the wall. We found it full of water and had a mud wasp nest inside the housing. Please don't take shortcuts.
We didn't install these, but we owned the issue and took care of our customer regardless.

The warehouse application is coming along just perfectly! This application offers an admin screen, a user screen, and a customer portal. Here is a screenshot of the products page. We have 12 phases in the project, and we have just completed phase 5. We will post more as this progresses.

As this new year starts, I look back at my accomplishments of last year and set goals for myself for this year. Although I kept most of last year's resolutions, there were a few goals that I fell short on. To succeed with last year's goals, I had to put my faith in a process that I didn't control. During the process of waiting for things to come together, something magical happened. My business started to slowly grow with medical and dental customers. We had an amazing year now that I look back.
This year my goals are set at a level where I can control reaching them, or fail without blaming the stars for not aligning properly.

As I celebrate my birthday with my family at Texas Roadhouse, I feel accomplished, proud and blessed to have accomplished everything necessary to stay successful and still spend quality time with my family.

It really becomes a challenge to spread yourself between work and family, but I will always choose family when forced to decide.
Luckily, my loving wife stands besides me and is one of the reasons that I am able to achieve these goals. This is going to be a great year.

As we grow, it's always important to make sure that everyone gets attention. What a remarkable feeling I had when I opened a Christmas card from one of my customers. It makes me feel so good to know that my team and I made this customer feel compelled to write this on our card. Just a simple Christmas card would have sufficed, but they went beyond to let us know how they felt. I just totally love my job!
